Our Dental Practice is located in the Sugarloaf Shopping Center on the corner of Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Meadow Church Road in Duluth, Georgia. Our parking lot is directly across the street from the Gwinnett Arena.
Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm
We are "In-Network" Providers for most PPO dental insurance companies and electronically file each dental claim. We also accept regular "fee for service" insurance policies. We do not participate in any HMO or DMO dental policies. Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards, as well as personal checks. We are a participating "Care-Credit" and ChaseHealth Advantage office for those patients who desire payment plan options.
